terms of use:

• all payment and prices are in USD, and to be paid via PayPal invoice.
  (balf paid upfront, half paid upon completion is preferred)


• the use of any commissioned works for profit is prohibited unless my explicit, written permission is given. This includes altering, tracing or reselling commissioned artwork as well as minting it as an NFT or using it to for AI.


• please credit me when posting my artwork anywhere!

• commissions including characters lacking visual references are subject to an additional fee of $30 per character. See below for more information!

design fee:

a design fee of $30 per character is added to the total price of the commission when no pre-existing visual references exist of the subject being drawn.

when when there are no accurate references of a character's design available to me, I essentially have to design them from scratch for the commission.

this is because I prefer to work with the client to thoughtfully come up with a solid design accurate to their vision prior to starting the final piece.

this fee includes preliminary concept sketches prior to starting the actual commission to establish the character's design!

what counts as a visual reference?

YES:

these are all examples of solid references for me to go off!

• official artwork
  (for fanart)


• artwork previously drawn of the character
  (with the creator's permission if it's an original character that does not belong to you)


• photographs of the subject
  (please include multiple angles with good lighting for the best results!)

MAYBE:

the majority of these could probably work under most circumstances! but if a lot of edits or revisions are required that aren't included in the original image or must be added on, they may be subject to a fee.

• Picrews
  (depends on the art style of the Picrew in question, as well as how many features not in the base that you'd want included in the design)


• references images saved from Google
  (this includes pre-existing characters you want to base the design on, as well as other images of things you'd want incorporated into a design.
  EXAMPLES: facial features, hairstyles, accessories, outfits.)

NO:

the following do not count as visual references to me and therefore would be subject to a fee.

• written description on its own
  (Though I CAN still work from a written character description alone if you have no references saved!)


• AI-generated content in general
  (I will not work with anything created using AI.)
